Welcome to the project "Our future"

The project, "Our future", focuses on career-and-future-studies-guidance. The objective is to prepare pupils of lower secondary for life after school. Our aim is to accomplish a mapping of local circumstances referred to working life in the regions of the participating schools. By doing so we hope to be able to strengthen the relations between school and the local communities and to provide opportunities for our pupils to get aware of cultural values as well as of perspectives for future employment in countryside areas.
Our goal es to create a network of local employers with a strong involvement in school and a supportive group of parents and teachers with deep knowledge of local circunstances. The main objective is to implement measures leading to a sustainable future both for the businesses of the area and to the future life of its citizens.
We also look upon this future partnership as an opportunity for our pupils to develop language and multicultural skills, learn about different European realities and get a deeper knowledge of circumstances that may affect their choices for furthes theoretical/vocational education.
What we hope to achieve in this project is to provide a broader view of European working life, exchange experiences and transfer good practices referred to needs of the local labour market and to the acquisition of new skills for new jobs.
